This is a titration problem. Your first step is to write a BALANCED chemical equation:
H2SO4 + (2)NaOH --> (2)H2O + Na2SO4
Now you need to set an equation. Molarity (the concentration) = moles/L.
With that said, the unknown variable besides the concentration of the acid is the moles of both the acid and base. We need to find the moles of the base and use stoichiomentry to find the moles of the acid, which can thus be used to find the concentration.
For NaOH: .01 = x/.125. Using cross multiplication, the moles of NaOH = .00125 moles.
Now, using your balanced chemical equation, transfer the moles of NaOH to the acid. The rule for this is to multiply and divide the moles using a mole ratio from the coefficants. The rule is where your going/where you've been. So in this case, we multiply the .00125 by 1 and divide that by 2.
So we get the moles of H2SO4 to equal 6.25x10^-4 moles.
Now, since you know the volume of the H2SO4, find the concentration by plugging what you know into the equation:
M = 6.25x10^-4 / .035
M = .018
So the concentration of the H2SO4 = .018M.

The valence "ring" or maximum outer ring is what bonds interior the bonding of atoms. ONE important rule is that the outer ring ought to have 8 electrons to be bonded. SO let's imagine we are wanting to style a bond between fluoride (has 7 valence electrons) and Hydrogen (a million valence electron) they might create a suited bond. if we mandatory to bond hydrogen and oxygen(6 valence) mutually we'd want 2 hydrogen for a million oxygen. quite take the 8 finished you like and subtract between the chemical compounds remote from it as an occasion with the oxygen and hydrogen>> 8 finished mandatory-6 in oxygen= 2 mandatory .
