In fact, your question is fallacious because former Gov.Corzine has not been accused of stealing any money. The class action lawsuit against Corzine and other top officials at MF Global happened because the company can't be sued while it's in bankruptcy. The reality is that nobody seems to know what happened to the money. That is the task of the regulators. Once that has been determined, I am sure there will be criminal charges filed against those held responsible.

Corzine has better political allies.
