Does anyone ever feel like God has forgotten you?

The Bible says "we walk by faith, not by sight.". Faith is based on the word of God, what God has told us in the Bible, and for Christians this especially means the words of Jesus and the Apostles in the New Testament.

I know that I can always draw near to God by simple faith, because of this word:

" Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God."

Romans 5:1-2

and this word:

" Therefore, since we have a great high priest who has gone through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold firmly to the faith we profess. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are —yet was without sin. Let us then approach the throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need."

Hebrews 4:14-16

And so very many other promises of God, which I have tested and proved hundreds of times.

Prayer is great, but listening to God is greater, and God is always speaking through the Bible.

No. I feel as if God is always listening. Whenever I need to talk to him. Like now. Some people think I am lonely. That's too bad. I have lots of dear friends who care about me. I actually have a very active life, but because my Grandmother is dying everyone feels I am lonely. I may not have any family here but I have lots of spiritual family. I wish people would stop it! My God does not micro-manage his believers. And he does not micro-manage me. He knows I will do whatever his will is for me and I wish people would stop interfering in matters that do not concern them. There are some people that are just not good company. Everybody was not Jesus' closest friend. I don't want you to fix what's broken. Some relationships needs to stay broken. I know who is good association for me and who is not. Their thinking and reasoning is way off the charts.

STOP TRYING TO FIX EVERY RELATIONSHIP YOU THINK NEEDS FIXING. Stop trying to set me up with who you think I should be with. Jehovah wants me to obey because I love him. And I do love him. Let's not get it twisted. I am going to serve my God. His name is Jehovah and I am going to stay beneath his wings. I serve the God of Freedom. The July 15th magazine says: "Jehovah is the only Person with absolute freedom. Yet he never misuses it; nor does he monopolize freedom by micromanaging his servants. Instead, he has given them free will, which allows them to use initiative and satisfy all their proper desires." If I have done something improper then tell me don't try to manipulate me. I hate that! Reason with me or leave me alone! And yes my Father is listening and he knows I am tired of people trying to control me. I see a lot more than you think I see.

And for the record I live a very private life. I let no one in I don't trust and those I let in that are not trustworthy I show to the door.

Jehovah God is in the heavens. He sees all things and hears all things. One thing we can never do too much is go to God in prayer and talk to Him expressing how we feel. Jehovah God is called the "Hearer of prayer." He wants us to go to Him prayer and talk to Him because He truly cares for us all.

"O Hearer of prayer, even to you people of all flesh will come."-Psalm 65:2

"while YOU throw all YOUR anxiety upon him, because he cares for YOU."-1 Peter 5:7

Jehovah God never forget us.

Maybe you upset God. Maybe you didn't do what God wants?

It's like he loves playing hide in seek.

It's like he's waiting until we die to surprise us,

or at least that must be what theists think.
