How to keep energy up while at work?

I work as a housekeeper in a hotel, and I find myself dragging through the day sometimes. Not at first, but after a couple hours. I'm allowed a 15 minute break where I can eat/drink, but can't leave the premises. So I'm stuck eating whatever I bring or buy in the vending machine. I was just wondering if anyone has an idea of how I could keep my energy up or even get some before work and then keep it up through the shift (I normally work from 9 am until 2 pm).
