So a couple days ago I was group emailed from someone in a different class period than me. We have to administer surveys to random people and my name appeared in a list that a girl had to get ahold of. The survey was about women and body image because of the media. There were a couple really personal questions and they made me feel uncomfortable but I had to do the survey for class purposes. Now I feel even worse than I did before about how my body looks and my self esteem has taken a deeper dive. Should I not have agreed to do the survey even though it was for a class?

So I've had cashew chicken from a couple different chinese restaurants (not buffets), and so far it's only been one that makes me sick. I don't know if it's that one place uses a different sauce or if it's the spices or what, so I'm asking this question on here to see if anyone has had a similar problem of having been sick at one restaurant but not at another of the same cuisine.

So at the college I go to, we have the option to do private voice lessons. I'm taking them just because I love to sing and can always use pointers about technique and whatnot. And then at the end of the semester, we perform a song for everyone else who took lessons (and anyone family-wise who watches). Well I get nervous really easily singing in front of people even if I know the song inside out and backwards and could perform it standing on my head in my sleep (well not really, but you get the idea). So are there any ideas on how I can get over being so nervous about singing in front of people? Or should I ask my instructor?

Okay, I need to figure out things to bring to eat on my 15 minute break at work. I work as a housekeeper, and only get one break. My bosses don't like me eating while I work (obviously), so I need things to eat at work. Oh, and I don't have a lunchbox but we have a fridge in the staff break area so I can bring things in plastic bags with my name on them and leave them in there. Remember, I don't have that long to eat (it goes fast) so I can't bring anything big.

I work as a housekeeper in a hotel, and I find myself dragging through the day sometimes. Not at first, but after a couple hours. I'm allowed a 15 minute break where I can eat/drink, but can't leave the premises. So I'm stuck eating whatever I bring or buy in the vending machine. I was just wondering if anyone has an idea of how I could keep my energy up or even get some before work and then keep it up through the shift (I normally work from 9 am until 2 pm).

Sorry the question isn't too specific, and this might be TMI... but my fiance likes to do things like anal sex and I don't like that. In the beginning I was willing to try it, but now I don't like it. I know he likes it, so I don't want to make him mad by telling him I don't like it anymore. Should I just tell him anyways so that he knows how I feel?

I've had this done once before, but it hurt from what I remember. I was also tensed up, so I need ways to relax while they're flushing my ears out. I've tried home remedies, but nothing has worked. This is day 2 of it happening, so I'm making the appointment tomorrow. Anyone know of any ways I can relax while they're doing that?

My fiance thinks lesbianism is hot. I've told him before that I am bisexual, but only to the point that I find both genders attractive; I've never once wanted to make out with a girl or anything like that, and he keeps saying stuff like "if you made out with another girl I wouldn't mind because that's a turn-on". I'm afraid he really wants me to because of stuff like that, but I'm not comfortable with the whole idea. Any suggestion?

My fiance wants me to give him a ******* frequently. The thing is, I tried it once and couldn't do it because I gagged. Now whenever the topic comes up, he'll say "man, i wish i could get a *******". He also said that he understands that I don't feel comfortable doing it; but lately it feels like he doesn't care about my comfort level and just wants me to do it for HIM. Anyone know what I can do the next time he brings it up?

I'm in a choir in college, and have found that singing makes me feel really warm. I guess the question speaks for itself, but does anyone know why this might be?

Whenever we are on campus, my fiance hangs around one of his female friends more than me. I have no problem with him having female friends, but I only see him once before our classes are done for the day. We have class from 9-3, and we both have a break from 1-2 pm. Yet he hangs around her and ignores me even if I'm with them. He said she thinks she's hot, but that he doesn't like her "that way". It seems conflicting to me, but I was wondering the opinions of other people.

So I'm taking Azurette/Mircette (whatever you want to call it) and before when I started it in June 2010 I was taking it at 10 pm. Back in the beginning of October, I switched the time to 8 am (because it worked with my schedule better). My period came a day early, is the time switch the reason why?

I have been taking it for about a month, and haven't had a normal period, just spotting/bleeding. Will my body take awhile to adjust?
