¿Cuál es el mejor impermeabilizante para proteger tu techo de humedad y goteras?

    Para techos lo mejor es uno que también aísle térmicamente ya que en temporadas cálidas o en zonas calientes muchos impermeabilizantes forman burbujas que terminan despegando el producto aplicado. Es importante buscar uno que tenga resistencia real a la intemperie y que sea capaz de cerrar bien las grietas.

    Yo me decantaría por Acril techo, lo hay en versión ecológica y versión de alta resistencia, muy recomendable.

    Por favor no se te ocurra usar ninguno de comex.

    membrana asfáltica+ membrana liquida .marca : ormiflex (hay una que es transitable )
