How should I put this trip together?
I am wanting to take my wife to the Hawaiian islands next year. There are trip packages that include a hotel and flight. However, I don't want to be stuck on Oahu (Honolulu). I wanted to see Maui and the big island too. I want to go for about 6-7 days. How should I book a trip so that I can spend a day or two on each of these islands and see as much as possible? Budget is around 5k but I want to be frugal within reason.

Try looking for day trips on different islands. Might also include the flight between islands or not.
