You mopped up the excess right away, correct? And you washed the area with clear warm water?
No, it won't hurt her. Just try to keep her away from the spot until it's completely dry.

Call the poison control on the bottle. Or the company. What is spot shot BTW? For now have that area covered or blocked off until you know.

Wash/rinse it out of the carpet as best as you can then dry it well.
