how to make Sugar free Jam?

I am putting together and home made Birthday hamper for a friend who is diabetic. Can anyone offer any good sugar free jam recipes that can be made in a bread maker?

Use Splenda. By the way, strawberries have loads of sugar in them. Just so you know.

If you are getting a product like Sure Jell there is a sugar free version of the product. Other products will give directions using an artificial sweetener.

If you look for the "Refrigerator Jam" recipes they require minimal preparation and are stored in the freezer or refrigerator. Make and portion out in smaller jars so the container can be consumed in a fairly short period of time.

You won't get a truly sugar free jam because of the natural sugar in the fruit, but to have a "no added sugar" version use a sweetener like candarel

You can buy pectin that doesn't contain or require sugar. In effect, you'll be making spreadable fruit.

The first wife and I used a similar product back in the 80's, that we had ordered from Mother Earth News, and the peach and blackberry jams we made came out great.

I never made jam in a bread maker, but all you have to do is find a recipe you like and just add splenda instead of regular sugar..=)
