We are pure vegetarians and we are in India, the land of billion people who take mostly veggies more!

In cooking I do everyday something new as per recipe booklets which I am getting each week as a supplement with each of my weekly magazines! Most of the cases in preparation, seems to be from scratch only but quickly I get use to it for repetition with consistency and quality!

The one tried today: A specially cooked soup made of raw mangoes with sugar and some dry fruits like cashew nuts, raisins with some spices too!

jumbo lump crab cakes. just takes about 6 ingredients, but they are way better than any i ever had in a restaurant.

Yesterday, I made potato soup. That was about twelve hours ago.

Rice, if that counts? I don't love cooking haha

Spaghetti. I actually make the sauce too.
