Is daily napping healthy?

I nap for between 30 minutes and 2 hours when I come home from school each day [don't tend to also at the weekends] and then sleep for 7-8 hours at night. Is this routine healthy?

    Napping is a big part of polyphasic sleep. Basically you trade naps for core sleep time, going from one twenty minute nap and 6 hours of core sleep to one twenty minute nap every 4 hours and no core sleep. I am currently on this and it works really well.

    idk but i nap everyday after work too...

    i just get so sleepy!
