Spiritually speaking, How do you tell true love from infatuation?

this is called the honey moon period. no it doesn't last concistantly like its been going.

When you two get into your first real fight and you can work it out, its real love.

when you can focus on responsibilities, friends (social life) family etc... and then come back together and feel strongly for her its real love.

when, you can love her unconditionally, inspite of the challeges she puts in front of you then its love.

When you are in love, the passion will die down but swing back up like a roller coaster ride? why? cos other things will get between they two of you such as what i stated above but when you can still feel strongly for her then its true love.

there are other things but the bottom line is when the honey moon period dies down and you are not spending every waking hour together or wanting to but you still come around then its love.

Are you in love with her or the idea of being in love? If you think that you could easily replace her with another girl then it's not true love it's infatuation. True love is when you know this is the person you want to be with and wouldn't prefer to be with anyone else.

Real love- the love of a mom for her little one. Love more commonly- sexual attraction mixed with intellectual, emotional, and character compatibility. The variety of friendship with the intention to last after the infatuation is over. Still looking for that...

Infatuation wears off, or turns into obsession. Love is mutual, and includes respect.

It's true love, if you'd still feel the same if she was misfigured in a car accident and couldn't have sex any more.

Pray about it !!! Scan your own heart for the truth !!! And seek a premarital counselor !!!
