Is Harley Quinn pregnant or not in batman arkham city?
I saw a test result in the game and it was positive and then the dlc came out and it showed some other test results which were negative and now I'm just confused :S

No she's not pregnant.
Remember: Pregnancy Tests aren't accurate. Harley Quinn probably went a little bit more insane then usual when she found out she wasn't preggo with J's baby afterall. (Hence why she made a "baby" version of the joker. I think it was sitting near the pregnancy tests.)

Extending on the other guys answer, if you look at the box for the pregnancy test in Harley Quinns revenge it says a warning that positives may be false

It can be either a trace at a sequel or only a twist to get men and women thinking "it is not over". Perhaps they'll make the sport about Dick Grayson or Terry towards Joker's son. Doesn't seem too doubtless though.
