Not return home from Vacation?

Hey! So next week I am going to France for vacation for two weeks.I am 16 and going with friends and a french woman who is a family friend to supervise. I obviously have all the legal stuff to go yadda yadda. But my question is, hypothetically obviously,

1) if I do not return in the 90 days alotted with a passport, what are the realistic chances I'd be chased by the police. I know it's illegal but would the police acctually actively chase after me?

2) If I am in france for less than 90 days then go to another country in EU with my passeport, do the days reset and back at day 1 for each country or is the law 90 days anywhere outside the USA.

3) If I am already in France, whats the best way to stay in EU and begin a new life as a minor. I do have places to stay and have several contacts of people in france, england, and even Switzerland and Hungary.

4) Final question is, who deals with internation travel laws? If its the UN, my uncle works in a high spot for the Haag and could pull strings.

Illegal aliens abound everywhere. So conceivably you could become illegal. But then how would you effectively hide? You can't work. Your accent gives you away. Even if you are fluent in another language, your accent still gives you away. And even though you have a roof over you head, don't think that people want you there forever. How long will people support you? Not long.
