For the first, use WolframAlpha, it'll walk you straight through the steps. Just type in "5*tan(x)*sec(x) derivative" at WolframAlpha.com.
To find the equation of the tangent line to the graph (x-1)/(x+1) at x = 0, find the derivative and then plug in zero to the equation of the DERIVATIVE, not the original equation. Again, using WolframAlpha will show you the steps, they're too long to type out here. Good luck on your test.
