How do i change over the summer?

so next year, when school starts, i want to be fresh and new. i don't wanna change who i am but i wanna lose some fat, gain some muscle and also, i wanna set my style. i have some cute stuff, but i don't have a "style" thats "me". and some days i get lazy and come to school in sweats but i wanna look cute everyday! any tips for workout, diet, and style?

    I don't pretend to be an expert so here are just some general tips:

    Workout: Start jogging, doing squats, doing crunches, and lifting light weights. They're pretty simple exercises for beginners that will work to tone your legs, glutes, abs and arms.

    Diet: Try to cut out junk food and excessive amounts of carbs. Start by replacing soda with milk or water. Invest in granola bars and salads. Don't get too intense - it's okay to have chips or ice cream once in a while! Just not for every meal of the day.

    Style: You don't have to find a style that's you. Honestly, just wear what you like to! Hit the mall and see what kind of stores and clothing you like. You don't have to be cute every single day. If you like to have lazy days, go for it. Experiment with makeup and hairstyles (don't get too crazy). Just see what you like.

    and then wear LIGHT makeup mascara and lip gloss is more than enough try darker colors or soft pastels and try to buy longer shirts wear heels they slim you down eat fruits and veggies they help with the skin and more importanly be happy and a smile makes anyone look nice :)
