Alright so I order two pairs of jeans early in the day on May 31 and it's still processing today, Jun 4. How long does processing usually take for them?

Every store is different. If they don't specifically state it on their website, remember most stores don't work over the weekends so you have to count business days. Most stores process orders within 5 business days maximum, so if you don't hear from them by then, certainly contact them via the methods they list on their store.
