My 1-year old heat pump is now freezing up on the inside and outside unit. Causes? Fixes?
Outside temp is around 90 degrees. Everytime I run the unit it freezes, I turn it off for a few hours and when i use it again it freezes.

Either the air flow inside is restricted, or the unit is low on refrigerant. Without seeing and testing it I would guess the low refrigerant as the cause.
