Why is "Out out" different from other Frost poems?

How do the themes and techniques of Robert Frosts "Out Out" differ from "Stopping by the woods on a Snowy Evening" and "The Road Not Taken"?

In terms of the "story" behind the poem, Out Out is clearly death. Whereas the other two are of nature and appreciation as well as a thrive to go on - a fulfillment of obligations in "Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Evening" and a need for a new pathway in "The Road not Taken."

The title, Out Out, provides an early clue to its contents. It is a quote from the end of Shakespeare’s Macbeth, where Macbeth learns of his wife’s death:

    "Out, out, brief candle!

Life's but a walking shadow, a poor player,

That struts and frets his hour upon the stage,

And then is heard no more."

The theme of Out Out plays on blame unto others. The other two poems are more personal.

    I hope this helps!
