Braces Question? Is this normal?
I just got my braces off yesterday and my teeth have been some what sore today and my jaw hurts too. My teeth are also very sensitive to cold food. Is this normal? I had my braces on for 2 years (almost exactly, got them in mid June 2 years ago) Thanks in advance.

Yes, because your not use to the feeling of your teeth. Just like if you get a retainer you might have a lisp for a few days because you're not used to them. You're fine
