Can someone make me look cool?

Believe me mate, no amount of manipulation will ever make you look "cool".

Wow! You need a lot work done to even get close to being cool! I hope you have a lot of money and are prepared for multiple surgical procedures.

A) You will need rhinoplasty to fix your mishapen nose.

B) You will need botox injections under the eyes to remove the deep aging lines

C) You will need extensive hair transplants in order to restore your lost hair.

D) You will need porcelian veneers to fix your crooked yellow smile.

Once you get all of this done post another picture, and I will tell you what else you need to do!

Than you'll look perfect okay :)

**As an added bonus I would get a lovely spray tan and get your chest hair removed by laser, it will enhance your look by at least 25% (which is a lot trust me)
