should I buy quick struts or buy seperate pieces and then put together?
my 01 sable wagon needs new rear shocks and front struts.i have heard mixed reviews as far as quick struts.i cant decide on which brand either.would it be better to buy motorcraft strut and moog springs,mounts,coils spring isolator and boot kits?

First, you probably don't need new boots or spring isolators if you're replacing just the struts. Just move them over to the new strut. The decision on which to buy depends on how good your strut spring compressor is. If you've got one of those cheap sets that you tighten down with a wrench, it's a nightmare job. Plus, many times it's hard to get the bolt off the strut mount if you don't have the proper shaft holding equipment. You'll pay more for the quick struts, but the job will go much faster with far less cursing.
