Ok im gonna start off saying im a girl. I felt fine all day but I started my period today. When I got home from school i felt terrible. My head hurt and my forehead felt hot even tho my tempature was 97.5. I have bad cramps.

Don't worry it's just growing up, if your are teen or a pre teen it's normal. Like boys their voice will be pitched all of a sudden. Or you can just ask your parents to see what's wrong

drink more water or could be a miscarriage if you were late.
