I twisted it on my warmup and it really hurt. During the race I didn't feel it but my lower legs hurt in the same leg I twisted my ankle in during the race. It hurt bad after the race but now it hurts a little but not as bad. It isn't bruised or swollen

It randomly hurts under my kneecap and is red there. I run everyday if thT has anything to do with it

Today at cross country I twisted my ankle but the area were in is so bumpy everyone does and it's fine so I continued running. I twisted it more then once. At home later it started hurting and I don't know why because I twisted it before and I was perfectly fine. Did I injure it or is it randomly hurting for no reason?

I twisted my ankle a lot running today but i was able to keep running after I twisted it. Later, I tried walking and it hurts. If I move my ankle certain ways it hurts. Will it feel better tomorrow so I can run?
