Natural ways to cure a yeast infection?

I heard you could heal it by yogurt but how long would it take and is it safe?

    You have to eat the yogurt to get your good bacteria levels up and it will take several days. You can also soak in a bath with 2 cups of vinegar. It will take a couple days but it will get rid of it.

    Povidine Iodine mixed with distilled water.... flush out with some type of douche container.
