If you're texting him frequently, try to lay off a bit - getting texts from the ssame person often can get annoying. If you're starting to get the suspicion that he really just doesn't like you, and isn't interested in being your friend, I suggest you be straight forward with him and confront him, that way you'll know if you're just wasting your time. (Better to know sooner rather than find out the hard way later :) ) When texting him, try getting into an actual topic rather than the ordinary, "Hey what's up". Change it up when you talk to him, he's probably just getting bored, and it's nothing personal.
