Does this dream mean anything?

I had a dream that my guy friend was cuddling with me and ended up kissing me. I don't feel I really like him as more then a friend but just smile when I'm with him cuz he makes me happy

    It may not mean anything. It's not abnormal when one's friend or enemy is dreamed as their boyfriend or girlfriend. Lots of people have that dream for some reason ._.
