How do I get hardwater stains out of my clothes?

Some of my clothes have this stain that kinda looks like someone spilt oil on it but its hard water. Anyways how do I get these out???

    Soak them in distilled water with about 1/16 cup of vinegar per gallon of distilled water. soak them for an hour and run the wash cycle. If it don't come out it may be iron or manganese.

    Try shout stain remover.

    This is caused by using fabric sheets and the fabric soaks in the substance, try taking it to the cleaners [one time]. If they can't get it out no one can...
