Car Insurance Claim- Word Vs. Word Denied?

So a car hit me while I parked a while back. I filed a claim with my insurance and their insurance, my car was inspected, and the other insurance claimed that it was a word vs. word claim so it was denied. How can I be at fault when I was parked? Is there anything I can do?

Update:

The police was called but because the damage was under $500, no police report was filed/processed. They gave me a claim number BUT the insurance company doesn't give a rats @$$ about that.

Update 2:

Also, I had parked my car. By this, I mean I had taken the keys out of my ignition, placed them in my purse, and I was getting my card out of my wallet, when I felt a car move my vehicle. I was still in car while the hag hit me.

They're telling you that their customer had a different version of the facts. I'll bet you didn't call the police.

The only thing you can do is file with your own insurance and let them deal with the rest.

Never admit fault. You disregarded a few essential data. Do you each have collision protection for your automobile coverage insurance policies? If you do then have your possess coverage firms pay in your damages. Each coverage organization denied the declare for the opposite driving force. But who did each and every coverage organization positioned at fault for the twist of fate? Better name the declare rep in your possess coverage service for a few aid. You must publish all this data to get the first-rate reply.

It's your word that you were parked. You can have your insurance fix your car.

So you need to provide your insurance company with a copy of the police report (I hope you called the police to the scene) and give them your side of the story. So With the proper information (police report, your story) your company should fight the other company on your behalf or at least advise you on your options. So

Accident? Always call the police to the scene and then immediately notify your insurance company..... Always !

    so.
