Why don't they kick the racist fans out of the stadium at the Euros?

Question

I'm reading complaints of racism against teams, and many of teams and players say they will ask the referees to stop the matches. Why are they penalizing the players, instead of the fans? Identify these fans that are causing problems and remove them from the stadium, and give them lifetime bans from any football event in that country. If it's one section, kick out the whole section. If it keeps being a problem, don't allow fans at a game.

I just don't understand why they stop the game and penalize the players for racist idiots.

These countries are inherently racist and its a known problem. Uefa have made a massive mistake in allowing them to host the tournament. They will have to use their own police to do this which they may not want to do. Also the countries involve need to learn this is not acceptable

English teams were kicked out of Europe because of football violence... 

Hit them where it hurts... the countries and clubs pockets and their national pride.

Honest to God that is such a disgrace for Europe.  You NEVER see anything approaching that garbage in North America.

They should have an army there like when I went to see Arsenal some years ago and kick the bums out.

Because the football fanclubs have ENORMOUS followings who basically own the city. They also basically 'own' the stadiums, and the authorities are too scared to kick them out

If they did THAT, at a game between Poland and Ukraine, my friend, the whole ruddy STADIUM would be COMPLETELY EMPTY!!
