YouTube Partner Error?

When I click on "Get Started" on youtube.com/partners it just redirects me to Video Monetize.

I checked to see if I have any Partner Features but no. I have also waited about 3 months for an email from YouTube telling me if I'm a partner or not, but they never sent me anything.

This all started when a small blue notification appeared on my Video Manager saying "Want to make money off of your videos? Become a YouTube Partner today!"

And no I'm not an Individual Partner because I've monetized on several videos.

What do I do?

YouTube recently merged the old full partner program and monetization programs into one single "Partner Program"...this is why the link doesn't work anymore. The Partner Program is now open to anyone with an account in "good standing" (no copyright infringing material), so there is no need to apply. ...They just haven't removed that link for some odd reason. Believe me, it's been like that for months now.

YouTube's new definition of a partner (in their own words) is anyone who has linked their YouTube account and Adsense together. So if you have ads on all your videos, or just one...you are considered a partner.

And the reason you still see old partners with the special channel design and banners is because they stopped giving that out to new partners. If you were in the program before the merger, you get to keep the special channels, but anyone who joined after the merger doesn't get them unfortunately. Maybe they will change that soon...
