Age 16 girlfriend is a child who won't listen. What to do?
Me and her are both 16. She is just a child sometimes. She's changed a lot, I admit. But she keeps falling into her careless habits. Nothing treacherous, but still bad for a personality or relationship. When she's with friends at 10:00pm, she's out walking around yelling and being loud and laughing boisterously. It annoys the neighborhood and the people walking around. I keep telling her to keep others in consideration before you act. She gets offended by it and gets hurt feelings, instead of actually listening to what I'm trying to tell her.
By the way, I don't mean to be an over-dramatic perfectionist. There are more problems. I can deal with those, nobody can be perfect. This is just the one that bugs me the most, that I've been trying to get rid of for over a year. Just overall, she acts like a child sometimes.
I understand that you're saying this is how average 16 year old women act. But it just doesn't make sense to me how you can be loud in public. She was annoying everyone in the neighborhood. A couple was walking towards them, but then turned around and went the other way. How can she act like this, knowing that she's bothering like 10 other people at least?

16 year-olds tend to be like that. Which is why I believe most of them aren't ready to be in a relationship.
You seem to be more mature than the average teen, but keep in mind that she's probably behaving like a normal 16 year-old. My younger sister is 18 now, but she still acts like that. Sadly.

But if you must understand that even your maturity is high, she has high energy and coming to the level of maturity comes there only through time. She can have fun, loud as she wants to be. Unfortunately, you would have to deal with it, but if you keep pushing her, you will end up with more tensions.

She is probably acting like a child in response to you acting like a parent. Maybe you should both find other friends to play with.

She's still young, And she wants to have fun, If you don't like that then move on & I think it's as simple as that. If you wanted somebody who you felt like you could fully control you should've gotten married (:
