I bought mine from WH Smith. Avoid anything online. You need to do it properly.

EDIT: The comment about will forms being not legally binding is totally untrue. Anyone can write a will on a piece of toilet paper if they so wish. As long as it is dated and witnessed it is legal. I do know as some time ago I worked in a Solicitors in probate. Many estates were settled by stationers will forms.

It is not advisable to write your own will either using a template off the internet or a kit from WH Smith.

You need to see a solicitor to have it done properly. Lot's of people have made huge mistakes when doing their own will and the people they leave behind have the mess and the hassle of trying to sort it costing many many thousands of pounds.

I know a solicitor is expensive but in the Uk there is something called national will month where many solicitors will do a will for you for a donation to a charity. Although the donation is around £50 in think it would be well worth it. I think this will month is in September but google it and you will find details of ewhen it is and a solicitor local to you who participates in the scheme.

And finally well done on making a will, well well done if you do it correctly

Here in the USA each state has their own required court-accepted form that you must use for it to be considered valid and each is slightly different. In addition there is a requirement as to how many witnesses you need to sign that document plus a notary. So to make sure it's valid you need to do a will (and a living will, a power of attorney and the document that is for your health decisions) thru your attorney and then the attorney files the original.

Dress up as Rudolph perhaps? Or just wearing anything red would be a good start. Bit difficult for a 5 year old to comprehend though

To do it properly you need to use a solicitor, will forms are a gimmick and not legally binding. A good solicitor will charge you between £100 to £200 to do a proper job for you which leaves no legal loopholes. Aren't your family worth that?
