Is it okay for a guy to say this stuff to me when he has a girlfriend?
He's one of my close friends, but lately he has been acting weird around me. We ran into eachother a couple days ago and he just kept wanting to hug me. I found it normal and as a friendly gesture. Within the past 2 days i've received these texts from him:
"It's Okay Hun<3"
"This color matches your eyes ;)"
"The only thing i looked forward to in the morning was the bus ride back home with you from work :)"
"You looked pretty today ;)"
"Someone at work was like "she's a cutie" I was like I know (:"
Okay, so is that weird?
Him and his girlfriend have been dating for almost a year now... and I don't know what I should think about this.

I think it is very inappropriate of him.
Also I would like to add that you seem like a good person for questioning this. Most girls would not give a damn about the relationship and be a homewrecker. So that's nice of you.

You can either ignore this or confront Him about it. Talk to Him bout this text messages & see what He will say about it.........If nothing works out right then just say what you want to say to Him. That's all up to you now.

well he could be coming to a end relationship stage n before he jumps ship he wants to be sure hes safe. just confront him say you have been overly sweet lately are you practicing on me for someone, is everything ok with your partner..

Probably not okay. Kinda weird that a guy with a girlfriend would do that.
Confront him about it.

I really don't think thats ok. It would be a good idea for you to talk to him and say that you don't think it's right.
