Doubtful. Even if you did, the judge would have to accept it as evidence that hasn't been tampered with.
Pretty hard to beat a ticket. 70 in a 65 zone is pretty bogus. They must have a quota, or the officer had a fight with his/her significant other.

Interesting, and it's just right that you are pondering! However a few technical issues I see which would ought to be overcome. 1- I think that texting even as riding in bumper to bumper traffice motives more accidents than texting even as riding at freeway speeds. You could need to distinguish the change between any one using at three mph and anybody going for walks. 2- i am now not sure you might accurately pin down a speed that adequately. Three- there's nothing mistaken with a passenger texting whilst in a automobile. 4. The damaging a part of texting- when the individual is getting into the text or studying the textual content - happens "offline", when the mobile is not in contact with a community. I suppose this one would be overcome, but that will leave the other problems. In all, I think schooling and peer enforcement is the first-class option to fight the main issue. And not just texting. I've visible ample men and women putting on eye make-up and reading a newspaper at the same time using to make you loopy! And the 2 instances I've come closest to getting into an accident I was once simply looking down for just a few seconds to adjust my car stereo.
