I have 2002 gmc envoy im trying to purchase a Power value battery from Walmart the don't have the 78 case size I normally use wondering if it matters if I can use the 75 with a little cold cracking amps

My neighbors daughter slap a guy who was on their property at there back door all in her face screaming and yelling her she got tired of it and slapped him now she has to go to court for second degree battery which is a little extreme I think for just slapping some one he wasn't injured well I'm sure his feelings were but second degree battery is a felony crime in Arkansas so her mother is worried I was just trying to find some answers to re assure her that the most that can happen is probation and a fine if that since he was in their yard in the back door screaming at her and she felt threaten surely that's some kind of grounds for self defense since he was trespassing and he was an adult harassing a minor so whats the most that could happen to her when she goes to court

I live in Arkansas I made arrangements to pay back taxes I owe, it was due yesterday on the 27th but I had so much going on at the time I forgot to make the payment I made it today but i was reading over the letter they sent and it said my payment had to post marked by the 27th of each month or it would be considered in default I'm thinking surely if the IRS will allow me to pay late the state will also there's usually a grace period for everything at least In in this case I hope so, this was to be my first payment just wondering what will happen, i made the payment with a debit card on the Official payment web site does the post mark date apply to this as well all i own is my suv surely they want try an take that over $1400 and one day late Im thinking since the due date was on a Friday they want expect there payment to process until at least Monday or Tuesday so since I made the payment electronically I should be good right?

I was just wondering if its possible to declare economic hardship after collectors have started garnishing your wages and the loan is 8 years old and has never had a payment made on it, is it possible to work out payment plan with the student loan people and stop the collectors from continuing to garnish your wages , because the amount the collectors are taking is making it impossible to pay their bills correctly ? I'm trying to help a friend out ,so any help will be greatly appreciated

I was doing so bible reading and researching the curse Noah put on Ham, I started thinking if life began in Africa how did these pale white humans end up there in a region that is predominantly black and brown, the curse doesn't make sense, since everyone in the region would have been black to begin with ,so Adam, Eve ,and Noah would have either been black or brown skinned anyway so where did the white Jew come from?

I change the plug and the ignition coil and its still missing what else could it be I had it put on a code scanner before and after it gave me a trouble code of p0305 engine misfire cylinder 5 so I changed the plug and coil for Cyl 5 still getting the same trouble code wonder what could it be any Ideas don't want to take to the shop for something I can do at home any suggestions will be greatly appreciated

It snowed big time here Christmas night and I'm one of the lucky few that had to work that day ,anyway I'm in snow almost to my knees I get In 2002 GMC Envoy as I am backing out I get stuck had to put the envoy in AWD and wiggled my tires hard from left to right to clear some snow out from under my tires after I do this for about a minute I'm free from the snow drive home everything seemed fine until I turn into the drive way and the steering wheel is hard as hell to turn didn't thing neither of it because my tire was in deep snow .Next day I went to the store the road I was on had no snow but when I got ready to turn it was really hard making the turn .Since then I've notice things

1. Steering wheel is hard to turn

2.Steering wheel seems to turn all the way around in a complete circle if I keep turning it

3.when in park with the car off and the key out the steering wheel doesn't lock and I'm able to turn the wheels from side to side with no resistance especially on Icy surfaces

4.there's fluid around the reservoir cap and there reservoir looks over filled even though I haven't added any PS fluid in it since I bought 2 years ago

5.My Drive belt is got a lot of play in it I can turn it from side to side with my hand with no problem

what I don't get is if the power steering pump is out why is the wheels so easy to turn in park

My electric water heater is not heating the water It started making loud popping noises and the water was extremely hot I also notice the water getting cold very quickly the night after and the lights dimming and flicker for a moment after I got out of the the shower and now today no hot water ,Some I'm trouble shooting on the internet and the manual I dug up so my best guess is the high temperature shut off ,but I don't want to do that without knowing why it shut off ,I would hate to reset it and a week later the house is on fire so I was wondering what are some reasons that would cause it to shut off is it one of those things that just happens from time to time is it safe to just reset and forget about or should I be worried about under laying causes Hope I'm making sense

My daughter joined the Navy back in 2009 ,Boot camp was hard but she managed to Make it but every sense shes got to Virgina she has been calling tell me how abusive higher ranked officers are using there rank to make others do their work and if they don't do it they get wrote up or punished. If knew my child was going to be some one else slave I would have never signed those papers letting her go, they don't give you any real train other than painting and cleaning up behind other lazy people, I had so much hope for her when she joined now I see the US military is just another form of slavery, I just want to know who can I contact to get these people off my daughters back.

The school that my daughter goes to In Clarendon High school in Arkansas aloud my daughter to be bullied for going 2 years and did nothing but as soon as she tries to OD on some zantac that's when the school bullied her as they suspended her for 5 days because she was high on zantac how in the F do get high on zantac that's just their way of getting rid of my child because people are gonna start asking why they did nothing to stop the bullying before all this happened so now they are trying to turn my daughter into something shes not just to get the monkey off their backs and make it the victims fault all I want is for my daughter to be back in school in a safe environment so please

I have a george Foreman grill Im trying to repair, It has a thermal fuse that needs replacing .
