What would youHow do go about declaring economic Hardship on a 8 yr old student loan? like to ask?
I was just wondering if its possible to declare economic hardship after collectors have started garnishing your wages and the loan is 8 years old and has never had a payment made on it, is it possible to work out payment plan with the student loan people and stop the collectors from continuing to garnish your wages , because the amount the collectors are taking is making it impossible to pay their bills correctly ? I'm trying to help a friend out ,so any help will be greatly appreciated
