Vitamin b12 deficiency ?

I had a stomach bug a couple months ago and have complications since. I'm often not very hungry and generally don't feel good. Lately I've become really dizzy and feelings of vertigo and barely get off my couch. Sometimes I get a pins and needles feeling on my head and face along with a fever like feeling. I'm getting Chechen for celiac disease soon but was wondering if anyone knew anything about vitamin deficiencys. I went to home depot today and got so dizzy in the store I was lookin for a place to barf if I had to. I know low b12 can cause neurological issues but any PERSONAL info anyone can give me about your experience with a b12 deficiency I would really appreciate

I also had stomach bug now getting b12 shots because Use of Antacids and Anti-Ulcer Drugs

The use of antacids or anti ulcer drugs will also lower your stomach acid secretion and decrease your ability to absorb vitamin B12. normal doctors normally didn't know this .

form the b12 deficiency I had

    Sleep Problems

    Depression

    tingling

and from the antibiotics also had b12 deficiency and Yest overgrowth .

Best thing to do go see Naturopathic Physician I did now im getting back to health.

There are many food sources of Vitamin B-12. The best among them is lamb or beef liver. Other food sources of B-12 are:

    1. Clams or Oysters,

    2. Fish Eggs,

    3. Mackerel, Herring, Salmon, Tuna, Sardines, Trout.

    4. Beef and Lamb,

    5. Eggs,

    6. Cheese

For stomach bug or ulcers you should take one small piece of mastic gum daily. When you finished chewing it for hours swallow the remains never spit it out. It is very useful when swallowed.

Broccoli asparagus, turmeric, papaya, should also be part of your diet.

ACV one spoon with honey in warm water is also very good for your condition.

    Cheers you will be fine.

Sorry I can't get personal, but vitamin B12 is not found in any plant or animal, only bacteria, and we live in such a cleaned up world these days that we don't have enough bacteria, so it's important to take a multivitamin or B12 supplement.
