Make sure that you have these updated
DirectX
.NET framework 4.0
And a legit CRACK

In the crack folder you will see a maxpayne3.exe icon. Replace the.exe icon in the installation folder with the crack icon....It will ask if you want to replace it....click yes and proceed.....launch the new replaced icon....it should work properly.....this happens in many game torrents.
