Can i still go to RASP or Ranger School after Army basic trainin with a 92 as my GT score with some exceptions?
Im joining the U.S. Army infantry and my gt score on the asvab is 92. I wanna go to rasp and then onto ranger school after basic training. I have all of the requirements to attend except for my gt score. If I score within from 290 to 300 on my pt test, do you think that they would make an exception for me to go to rasp and ranger school? If not, what can i do to increase my gt score after i graduate from basic training?

I don't believe it is waiverable. I know that SF requires a minimum 110, I do not know what the RQ for RASP is. I doubt it gets a waiver though. You can get through training and try to get in to what is called the fast-track or fast-class. It is the same program, just called different names by those who have been around longer. It is designed to teach soldiers and help them raise their entire asvab score by a decent amount. I never had to do it, but I know guys who have and raised their lines by about 10-20 points a line. Hope that answers your question.

Your GT score on the ASVAB has to be a 107 to qualify for RASP. It is extremely rare that an SOF will waive ASVAB scores, and being able to max your PT score is expected- you're not going above and beyond as far as they're concerned. You can attempt to retake the test again later on if you so desire.
Ranger School has nothing to do with the Army Rangers. You will most likely have to attend it at some point before you can be promoted to an NCO rank, but it is not a requirement for joining the Rangers. Other than RASP, the only other special training course you have to attend is Airborne.

no
you need a GT score of 110 to go to RASP
the only way they would waiver that would be for extremely qualified candidates but they would only waiver a couple of points like maybe down to 105, mayber
study to increase your GT score i think math makes up a large portion of it
its really hard to get chosen fro RASP if you dont already have an option 40 contract because they only take the best availale like perfect PT test with a 120 GT score
