testicular cancer question... PLEASE HELP!?
ok so i woke up today & my balls hurt pretty bad. it felt like a mild rugburn or sunburn. my scrotum was & is fairly reddish but the hurting has gone away mostly UNLESS my balls rub my pants, etc. im really freaked out thinking i might have cancer, but im only 15. i looked up the symptoms & if i remember right they were: lump on either testicle that may or may not hurt (i didnt notice anything too odd) heaviness in abdomen or scrotum (not really) lower back pain (ive always had that) pain or tenderness of the bottom of the scrotum (yeah it kinda tender). my scrotum rubbed up against my computer chair in my room when i was changing clothes & it got reddish right after in the same spot but still. what do you think is wrong & what should i do?? (& PLEASE DONT say see a dr. yeah i know, but i dont have enough money). please answer soon & thanks
you guys who are making jokes are so funny. f u ck you a s s holes
thanks to you who actually help

While cancer is a remote possibility, it is far more likely that the heat has caused you to develop an irritation or a yeast infection due to excessive moisture. Are you taking a daily shower and wearing cotton boxer shorts rather than tighty white es? Changing them daily or even twice a day if you sweat a lot? Wash carefully with a gentle soap and pat dry.Allow the area to air dry completely. Sprinkle a little baby cornstarch powder in your hand and dust it on your private parts. When you are in your room and going to sleep at night, consider not wearing any restrictive clothing and going commando so air will circulate. If things don't improve after a week, you probably need to see the doctor even if you have to borrow the money to do so.You are about the right age for a hydrocele (abnormal collection of veins) and testicular cancer can begins to appear at your age, and can kill if you don't attend to it. I really think though that if you try what I said, it is going to get better. It may also be a detergent change has occur ed in your home so check that out as well. We have found that Tide and Dreft work better with sensitive skin.

You probably have localized bacterial or fungal infection on your scrotum. Your best bet for treating this is to go and purchase a can of Aftate cooling spray. This will cool and the medication in the spray will treat the infection. I have no idea how you got it bud you must just get it treated or it can hang around for a long long time. You may even decide to buy a powder or cream instead, as long as it has the same active ingredients as the Aftate you'll be fine. Hope you feel better soon.
