Christians if your god never changes why did he change the laws set forth in the old testament?

he goes from being openly vengeful and having a set of laws to being vengeful part of the time and having a different set of laws. Though in the end he is more vengeful than ever before. Can you explain this? In nomine patris Satan!

Update:

"your assumption (God never changes) is incorrect

some of the laws in the OT were given to the Jews, It is not that he changed any of them, its just that we are not under those laws anymore"

Nice brainwashing technique but it wont work. If you are not under those laws anymore that means he changed the laws that you must follow. He gave laws to everyone not just one set of people. laws that everyone was supposed to follow. Or maybe he was just playing favorites yet again which he also says he does not do.

All the law according the old Testament are for JEWS.

For Christian , more easy ...just the law of Love. Love GOD and Love each other.

That's why Jews reject YESUS .

But for christian it mean "more easy to approach heaven through faith in YESUS SON OF GOD."

you're misinterpreting the passage right here. even in the journey that your interpretation have been properly suited, Christians might nevertheless not be required to maintain that regulation until they underwent circumcision, and Gentile Christians weren't in any respect required to accomplish that. Now, are there regulations codified interior the prophets? No. are you able to wreck or fulfill some thing interior the prophets that's not interior the prophets? No. If Jesus got here to "fulfill" the "regulation and prophets" then what precisely did He do to end this? "The regulation on the time develop into the regulation of the previous testomony." No, the regulation in this context are the 1st 5 books of the previous testomony writings, and may additionally communicate over with the coolest deal of the previous testomony writings. "tutor me a verse interior the Bible which says that it incredibly is okay to dismiss the regulations of the previous testomony?" A loaded question. The previous testomony is likewise the previous covenant, and Gentile Christians never became a criminal social gathering to that covenant. additionally, that covenant ended; being replaced via the hot covenant. Is the hot covenant not good sufficient for you? .

Not really vengeful he caused the flood because everyone was evil except Noah and his family. Then he says he won't flood the earth again. He made the 10 commandments that weren't vengeful at all he just said what not to do like murder. And I don't think telling us if a man slaps you turn the other check is vengeful. And he didnt change the laws he made they stand the same

Like I said, your assumption that he never changes is incorrect.

I can answer this from my understanding as a Gnostic Christian. Gnostics believe the delegation of authority in the Old Testament as an Ordinance passed down by the bema (Hebrew for left hand & right hand of God). The governing body is not neccissarily evil but set as points of development in the Spiritual matureing of human kind." The prince of the powers of the air is a heirarchy set to test the strength of humankind to break barriers against an opposing force. They are the manifestations of the old Gods in all of the religions across the world who change in name but not power (Thor,Jupiter, or Zeus) etc. In the Hebrew the multitude of the Bema were under a single name as representatives for a God beyond understanding.

These forces Yhwh Rapha (God who seas) Rapheal stirring angel of the healing waters, Yhwh Yhra(Jira) phonetic, Micheal provider as the lord of host protector of where one sets a home (Earth), UriEl the Column of fire or Uri the sustenance by fire, GabriEl messanger of the air. Each angel representing a delegate of the five elements and the 6th or the son of man a delegate for human kind.

This world was never mean't to be perfect, but to test the soul refining spirit from flesh, and understanding from ignorance (spiritualy blind).

The laws in the Old Testament were given to and applied to one specific set of people: The Hebrews.

The Hebrews continually violated the terms of their covenant with God and as stipulated in the covenant with obedience came blessings with disobedience came curses.

Galatians 3:19 What, then was the purpose of the law? It was added because of transgressions ( until the Seed) to whom the promise referred had come.

  • People like you make Christians think that their belief-systems are validated.

Satan is a myth lifted and transposed from other stories.

...just like all of the rest.

The Law has to come first, then we fail, and Jesus comes to fulfill it.
