When a foreigner drinks alcohol everywhere here there is ''no tax''. There is ''sin'' tax if you drink too much alcohol and forget yourself and when you wake up you are in bed with any girl not your girlfriend or wife.

If you worry about not getting back the change well.....I suggest have your U.S dollar changed to peso first. Have tons of coins like 25 cents, 1 piso,5 piso,10 peso,20 ,50,100,200,500,1000 paper bill in your wallet or pocket wherever you go.
