How can I fix my fantasy team?

I currently have a Yahoo! fantasy team. I am in 9th place out of 12 in my league. My team is as follows:

All things aside, my team is not the best. That I can tell. What positions do I need help at the most, and who are some potential trade targets or free agents that I could pick up?

This is my first year playing fantasy ball, and I need a little advice.
