What would happen in this hypothetical situation?

The Indians recently extended a qualifying offer to Ubaldo Jimenez, who took no time rejecting it, which means he has a draft pick tied to him. What would happen if the Indians offered him a contract, and he signed back with the Indians? What would become of the draft pick?

I have a directions to have something completed by a certain time. Lets say sunday. Does this mean I can still do it on Sunday?

I have a baseball fantasy league and it's called fantasy baseball 5 man. It's a points league with the Yahoo! Can't cut list. I just created this league on tuesday. Drafts end on Sunday. I published the league because I couldn't reach any of my friends. How can I get people to sign up, and I'd I dont get the right amount of people to sign up before the drafting process ends, what will happen? Will the league be terminated? Just wondering
