Cheapest android plan with unlimited minutes?

I noticed Virgin Mobile has an Android plan For $35 but includes only 300 minutes. What's the cheapest android plan with unlimited minutes? I am in Northern California.

    Straight Talk unlimited talk, text and web for $45 only available at Wal-Mart.

    Net10 unlimited talk, text and web for $50. Net10 phones and airtime cards are sold at thousands of retailers nationwide.

    Umm t cellular had a prepaid plan for $50 a month. this is not any longer to solid notwithstanding. Verizon is solid & has a $50 a month plan also, notwithstanding the phones are extremely intense priced with no contract. Virgin cellular has a $35 plan. they have a similar service as sprint
