Why is the nissan skyline GTR illegal in the usa?
I know its illegal because it can outrun the cops.. but... how come the buggati or other cars fast cars aren't illegal?

Has nothing to do with outrunning police - as the saying goes, "you can outrun Ford but you can't outrun Motorola."

Nissan has not imported this car to the U.S. and it is not certified for sale here. First off it is right hand drive. It also does not meet the DOT emissions controls test. It also has not been crash tested and certified by the DOT. Your theory of it is illegal because it outruns a police car is uneducated.
