ROAD TRIP FOOD???????????
My hubby and I are going on a 15 hr road trid in a few days. We need some snack ideas that are easy. Healthy packaged foods are nice, but what are some good ones?

Trail mix. It will keep you busy and you won't get sick because of the salt.
Try an apple. Apples take a long time to eat and are good on the road. They help with motion sickness.
Vanilla wafers. They are just awesome.
Eat some sun flower seeds. Split them in your mouth. Eat the inside and repeat.

Snack-size dried fruit (such as raisins)
Baked, flavored rice or popcorn cakes
Pretzels
Roasted soy nuts
String Cheese
Granola
Mini pita snackwiches

You could take fruit (apples, oranges, and bananas are all easy, yummy, and healthy). You could also take granola bars or trail mix. Another healthy and portable option is to take some baby carrots or celery sticks. All of these things are easy to travel with.
