What is the difference between studying , learning , reading ?

Studying is devoting time and attention to acquire knowledge on (an academic subject), esp. by means of books.

Learning is the acquisition of knowledge or skills through experience, practice, or study, or by being taught.

Reading is the action or skill of reading written or printed matter silently or aloud: "suggestions for further reading"; "reading skills".

Study means to know the actual reason how it works i.e to examine. Ex- the scientists are studying the type of species.

Learn means to get the thing fixed in ur mind so that u can never forget.ex-childrens learn to speak.

Read means to just read out the sentences without knowing the exact meaning.ex- like in 3 idiots, chataur read out the sentences without knowing the exact meaning.

Studying involves the integration and absirption of external informatin. It is the application using the mind to acquire knowledge through means of investigating or reading.

Reading involves the action of a person who reads.

Learning involves the skill, act and process of acquiring knowledge.
