It is possible that you simply have a bad cache file. Clear your history, temporary files (be patient) & cookies, then restart the computer and retry. This HELP link has instructions: http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/yahoomail/se... .
If that does not clear out the problem, you may need to turn OFF your suggested questions:
Click your avatar/nickname.
Click "Edit My PReferences".
Click "Privacy & Communication" tab.
Turn them off there.
Click SUBMIT as needed.
